轻井泽陈酿的桶是高级西班牙雪莉酒桶——因为成本问题最后连麦卡伦也不敢多用的桶；蒸馏方式是因为低效而被苏格兰弃用的直火加热蒸馏。至于蒸馏器，容积只有4000L，差不多是市面上主流蒸馏器容积的40%，非常小。除此之外，轻井沢更厉害的，是文化输出。因为酒标的文化意义和故事性，它就不单单是普通的酒，而是成为了艺术品，具有远超于酒的价值。
本拍品为一套2瓶早期发行的轻井泽‘桶强’产品，是轻井泽早期风味的代表之作。
