题识:“大清宣统年制”款 本品撇口，直颈收束，球形腹，下承圏足，通体以霁蓝釉为地，上下以金彩描绘各式皮球花卉，将鹤寿千年、五谷丰登、吉庆如意等吉祥寓意浓缩于皮球花中，完美呈现了清代官窑饰必有意，意必吉祥的审美理念。底部以金彩书“大清宣统年制”六字双行楷书款。 赏瓶是清代雍正时期诞生的作为赏赐之用的新器型。因其外形俊秀、线条柔美、比例协调，深受宫廷所喜爱，雍正以后历朝皆有烧制。而蓝釉描金皮球花赏瓶则是晚清官窑新品种。《清宫瓷器档案》称其为“天青釉描金皮球花玉堂春瓶”，光绪者较为多见，而宣统者则较为少见。
