A Meissen Porcelain Cris de Paris Figure of the Lottery Seller, circa 1755, modelled by Peter Reinicke, standing holding a paper cone in his right hand, his drum with clock face across his back, on a scroll moulded mound base, crossed swords mark in underglaze blue and impressed 2115cm highBased on a 1753 drawing by Christophe Huet inscribed One who calls out the lottery tickets, what he has in his hand is a hollow thing in which he has the tickets on his back, he has a round wooden box on top, the cover shows a clock face with an iron needle ... I would very much like to see the above mentioned, iron needle made which can be turned so that these figures could be used for a game during the dessert.
