A SMALL LONGQUAN CELADON CENSER, SONG TO YUAN DYNASTYChina, 960-1368. thepressed globular body rising to a wide flared neck, set at the shoulders with a pair of stylized dragon-fish handles, applied inside and out with a rich olive-green glaze, the foot ring left unglazed to reveal the buff gray ware, partially burnt to orange in the firing.Provenance: From a private collection in Arkansas, United States.Condition: Overall fair condition,mensurate with age. Some wear and expected firing flaws.
