Attributed to Shao Jingnan|The cylindrical pot formed as a drum, with nail-head bosses to the mouth and foot above a four line calligraphic inscription, the lid with a taiji moulded knop, the base with impressed mark [Shao Jingnan Zao], the interior of the lid marked 'Jingnan' within a double-gourd. 20.5cm (8in) wide (2).|A teapot of the same form and also bearing the seal mark [Shao Jingnan Zao] to the base is illustrated by Anita and Rose Lee Wong, Yixing Purple Clay Wares: The K.S.
