款识：水作青罗带，山成碧玉簪。此韩昌黎题桂江山水句也。图为桂江即景，青峰如削江水碧色偶绘旧游地，不胜尘梦之感。丁亥春日，袁松年作。

袁松年（1895-1966）又名十，字鹤文。广东番禺人。海派山水画名家。毕业于圣约翰大学。曾任上海中国画院画师，中国美术家协会上海分会会员，上海文史馆馆员，黄浦区政协委员。其作以“国画合理化”为倡导，既汲取了西洋画的养分，又吸收了宋画的优点，设色明艳脱俗，风格厚实高古。亦善作钢笔书法，兼能诗文
