Description A GROUP OF TWO PORCELAIN BRUSH RESTSChina, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) to Republic Period (1912-1949). Comprising a reticulated Dehua brush rest with squirrels on grapes, their eyes painted black, and a mountain shaped brush rest covered in a crushed strawberry glazed thinning to a bluish-white and with a six-character Daoguang mark (and possibly of the period) underneath.Condition: Very good condition, minor wear, the mountain brush rest with glaze losses to the foot inherent to manufacturing.Provenance: French private collection, Paris.Weight: 62 g and 196 gDimensions: Length 10.9 cm and 12.7 cm
