白玉质地，温润通透，宝光莹莹。采用圆雕手法，主体雕琢葫芦，葫芦上方攀爬一童子，手持灵芝，底部趴伏一只蝙蝠，葫身枝蔓缠绕；童子喜笑颜开，神情活泼，意态天真，蝙蝠动静结合，活灵活现。“葫芦”谐音“福禄”，蝙蝠的蝠与“福”同音，此题材寓意福禄圆满，多子多福。是清代较为常用的题材之一。
