此件拍品由2部分组成，炉身为青玉，炉顶为白玉，玉质较为温润。炉身为仿青铜簋的形制，侈口微撇，束颈，鼓腹，下承高圈足， 两侧出双兽耳，兽首威猛，卷鼻阔口，兽口中出一长耳延至腹底。炉身内部掏膛匀净，腹部雕饰硕大的饕餮纹，并以回纹为地。初看纷繁无章，细观实则密而不乱，井井有条，霸气十足。炉顶则为圆雕镂空的龙纹钮镶嵌在雕有镂空花卉纹的红木盖上，为整件器物增添了别样风味。整体来看，是一件适宜观赏收藏的佳品。
