陈少梅（1909年4月至1954年9月），男，汉族，名云彰，又名云鹑，号升湖，字少梅，以字行。湖南衡山人，曾任中国美术家协会天津分会主席、天津美术学校校长。 任中国美术家协会天津分会主席、天津美术学校校长。代表作品有《江南春》、《丛林远岭》等，作品多为中国美术馆及省（市）博物馆及文物部门收藏。 创作于1945年的《西园雅集图》，是陈先生工笔山水 人物画的代表作。
