TABLE CLOCK WITH SATYRS AND BUST OF DIANA. Vienna. Date: Around 1830. Technique: Fire-gilt and burnished bronze. Description: Rectangular pedestal structure with two satyrs carrying the cylindrical clock case. On top as a central finial the bust of the goddess Diana with crescent moon.Ring-shaped enamel dial with Arabic hours. The center with openwork grape decor. Day-movement with Viennese 4/4 hour strike on gong spiral. Measurement: 36x20x10,5cm. Enclosed: P&K. Provenance:Private collection Northern Germany. 品相报告: - Overall with quite clear signs of use such as soiling and rubbing. - The brushing is quite worn, especially along the edges. - The enamelled dial wreath with clear hairline cracks all around.
