青白玉，多處受浸染見黃土斑。琢作一規整圓厚的長管，兩端斂收，呈束腰狀。中央主體紋飾為陽刻圖案化的抽象龍紋，排列緊密，呈幾何排列，上下則各飾淺浮雕立體的綯索紋，紋飾細膩，造型頗具巧思。本件形體精巧，為戰漢之際常見裝飾用玉的玉組珮組件之一，如本器鑿有通心孔，即是其穿繫於整套玉組珮中部的組件，可串連玉系璧、玉璜等主要飾件，也因為佩戴裝飾用，組件亦容易隨佩戴者的活動而搖曳，為人所見，故類此裝飾玉件多可見雙面雕或滿工的情況。
