此仕女题诗玉牌以黄玉雕琢而成，玉质温润，包浆醇厚。上端琢钻小孔，以系绳坠。牌身呈长方形，规整大方，此牌两面以浅浮雕技法，造型优雅，雕工细腻，诗画相应，极具人文意趣。牌头浮雕对称夔龙纹，纹样雕刻精细，线条流畅有力。下部一面刻一女子坐于院墙庭台之中，作蘸墨题诗之状，仕女面容清秀，恬静娟美，端庄雅丽，身姿曼妙，所刻图景怡然雅致，意境清幽。玉牌背面刻写题诗“风绿早向御沟通，箧裹惊看昔日枫”，落“文玩”款。文玩是清乾隆宫庭造办处所做玉器所落款，相同款还有文珍，落此款迎和乾隆喜好文雅珍玩的意思。
