作者简介：陈政明(b.1941)，广东普宁人。国家一级美术师、历任中国美术家协会理事、广东省美术家协会副主席、广东美协中国画艺委会副主任、汕头市美术家协会主席、汕头中国画院院长。第九、十、十一届全国美展及其它全国性展览评委。曾应邀赴美国、日本、加拿大、澳大利亚、新加坡、泰国、马来西亚和香港等国家地区举行个人画展，并在中国美术馆举办大型个展“水墨光影·民族情韵——陈政明中国画展”。作品参加“百年中国画展”、“中国风格·时代丹青——全国优秀美术作品展”、第九、十、十一届全国美展以及第一、二、三、四届全国画院优秀作品展等国家重大展览。曾获首届“黄胄美术奖”。
