拍品与故宫博物院清官旧藏嘉庆青花桃蝠纹如意双耳扁壶相同。扁瓶自上而下绘缠枝灵芝纹、如意云头纹、缠枝莲纹。腹部绘缠枝花地，中央凸起桃形开光，内绘折枝蟠桃和双蝠，寓意“福寿双全”，寿桃肥硕，蝙蝠矫健，四周留白，在繁密的背景装饰下夺目而出。颈、肩饰对称如意耳，腹侧装饰缠枝灵芝纹条带，足墙饰卷草纹。
全器胎质细腻，白釉肥厚润泽，青花苍翠欲滴，绘工考究，为嘉庆朝官窑之精品，不为多见。
