AN IMPERIAL EMBROIDERED SILK HANGING, LATE QING PERIOD China, 1820-1900. Woven with a five-clawed, front facing dragon above two confronting dragons chasing magical pearls, surrounded by lingzhi clouds, shou medallions, bats, and bajixiang symbols, all above a yellow silk ground, the design mirrored on the other half. The ends each with lishui stripe, crashing waves, and terrestrial diagram.

Provenance: Swiss private collection.
Condition: Very good condition with minor old wear, the colors possibly very slightly faded, few loose threads, traces of usage and age, little soiling.

晚清御製龍紋掛幅
中國，1820-1900年。掛幅黃地祥雲紋，正中央上下雙龍相對捧珠，之後左右雙龍捧壽，最下一段為海水江崖與麗水紋，蝙蝠飛舞；周遭遍布五彩流雲。

來源：瑞士私人收藏。
品相：狀況極好，有輕微的磨損和褪色，少量鬆散的線，使用痕跡，輕微污漬。
