The dish finds someparison in the Mary and George Bloch Collection illustrated in 'Treasury' , Vol. 6, Arts of the Fire , no. 1110 on its underside, where the two dishes look remarkably similar with their leiwen band and base mark both in blue enamel. The dish from the Bloch Collection, which is equally refined, is dated 1770-1799 and given an imperial attribution to the Beijing Palace Workshops.
