此件唐卡做工精巧绝伦，全图用五彩丝线绣成，唐卡正中的红阎摩敌显忿怒相，怀抱明妃金刚伯达里佛母，明妃左腿缠绕红阎摩敌腰身。红阎摩敌右手高举过顶，挥舞一根饰各色相人头和金刚杵的天杖，左臂紧拥面向他的明妃，手持嘎巴拉碗。二人足踏蓝身死神，后者腰系虎皮裙，头戴宝冠，匍匐在五彩莲华座上的卧牛背上，后者为明王与明妃坐骑。 唐卡上沿有两排坐在莲座上的如来和菩萨，上排最左为嘿噜迦威罗瓦金刚，最右为文殊菩萨，中间是五智如来，即宝生佛、阿閦佛、毗卢佛、阿弥陀佛和不空成就佛。下排最左为绿度母，最右为白度母。唐卡下沿有七供养天女在莲座上起舞，一手高举盛满供品的祭盘。唐卡四沿镶黄边，其上绣金刚杵纹。唐卡下方用红线在蓝缎上绣“大明永乐年施”单行六字楷书款。
