A Kesi Woven Silk 'Dragon' Ceremonial RoundelLATE MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY 明 緙絲迎面龍海水江崖萬壽紋補finely woven as a single section with a vibrant palette of primary hues to show a large headed front-facing dragon, the front claws spreading to grasp through ruyi-headed clouds at water-splashed trident mountains, the rear set holding a large pearl radiating with polychrome bands above its flaming crown.
