作品简介 为时任国民政府文官处处长魏怀的签赠照，上有“弼 刚五兄惠存 六弟魏怀敬赠”手书题记及“魏怀”朱文印章，品相 保存完好，系民国名人政要签名肖像照片的精品。 魏怀(1884-1959)，字子杞，福建闽侯人。早年毕业于福建马尾 船政水师学堂，后留法毕业于巴黎工业大学;1912年署任福建省 教育司司长，1930年任国民政府立法院立法委员。1932- 1945年 在林森、蒋介石先后两任国民政府主席任内，魏怀一直担任国民 政府文官处文官长。1945年任国民政府委员，1947年改聘为国民 政府顾问。
