提要：1945年张治中及侄子张立纯致重庆聚兴城银行信札，交涉相关存款事宜。信中所指存款为张治中堂兄张本文在银行开立政治部第四七〇号活期存款公款。所用为国民政府军事委员会政治部用笺。
作者简介：1.张治中（1890-1969），黄埔系骨乾将领，中国国民革命军陆军二级上将，曾官至湖南省主席。解放战争后，鉴于张治中对中国和平做出的贡献，被称为“和平将军”。曾促成新疆和平解放。新中国成立后，历任西北军政委员会副主席、中国国民党革命委员会中央副主席等职。
2.张立纯：张治中堂兄弟张本文之子，时任政治部特务营连长。
