水墨纸本 立轴 尺寸：134×34CM 约4.1平尺 题识：庚辰立秋日，尧斋仁兄大人正之，潘龄皋。 钤印：潘龄皋印、乙未翰林 作者简介：潘龄皋(1867-1954)，字锡九，河北安新人。1881年，15岁的潘龄皋考中秀才，清光绪二十年(1894年)中举人，后殿试中进士，授翰林院编修，曾先后在甘肃任知县.知州.知府。辛亥革命成功后，潘龄皋担任甘肃省省长，后因痛恨官场腐败，于1922年辞职回乡，之后移居天津、北平，以赋诗、写字为乐，成为民国时期北方著名的书法家。日伪统治时期，他因拒绝出任伪河北省省长而被捕入狱。1948年，潘龄皋几次写信给傅作义，劝其与中共和谈。1949年后，他任中央人民政府军事委员会参议.中央文史馆馆员。1954年病逝于北京。
