白玉质，局部带有皮色，圆雕瑞兔，大耳耷拉附于后背。瑞兔姿态奇特，常见玉雕兔，包括绘画中的兔，多是四肢着地，呈蹲伏状，此兔却呈坐姿，前肢上提悬空，后肢支撑蹲坐。另外一个特别之处是，此兔身上附着一片树叶，树叶留皮巧作。整器设计巧妙，存世玉雕兔其实并不少，但此例却极特殊，值得特别关注。
