此对仿哥釉案缸撇口呈不规则花边形，圆腹、腹下渐收，器底圈足，造型端庄玉立。缸内外通施仿哥釉，釉质肥厚光润，开片清晰自然，金丝铁线错落有致，尽显哥釉的美妙绝伦，融合了文雅气息，清纯宁静之风骨流转。
“铁足圆腰冰裂纹，宣成踵此夫华纷”，拍品是清官窑中难得的娟秀之物，古韵盎然，可置于案头，成为书斋所设一景。《清宫造办处活计清档》记载，乾隆四年（1739年）十二月初八日，“将烧造得……哥窑元式收口水盛一件……俱交柏唐阿、双住福保送赴圆明园”，按其品目，应指此种仿哥釉案缸。
