题识：敦诗悦礼藐然高历，琢质绣章耀此声香。
钤印：秉恬私印、卓氏海帆
卓秉恬（1782-1855），字静远，号海帆，四川华阳（今成都）人。大理寺少卿、太仆寺卿、内阁学士，典江南乡试。十五年（1835）迁礼部侍郎调吏部，督浙江学政，擢左都御史兼顺天府尹。十八年（1838）历兵部、户部、吏部尚书，协办大学士。二十四年（1844）拜体仁阁大学士，三十年（1850）晋武英殿大学士，管兵部、户部、工部。咸丰五年卒，赠太子太保，谥文端。历仕三朝，垂六十年，鲠直敢言，持身清正，群吏肃然。工诗文，尤精书法，雍容大度，识者以为可与刘墉相埒。
