蔡衍（1937—2010），斋号白云山人。山东周村人。1959年入浙江美术学院，得潘天寿、吴茀之、沙孟海、陆俨少、诸乐三、陆抑非等大家亲授。历任杭州书画院专业画师、院委会委员，中国美术家协会浙江分会会员，浙江壁画研究会秘书长，浙江油画研究会理事，中国美术学院国美设计院艺术总监，浙江省国际美术交流协会名誉理事等职。
陆抑非，名翀，初字一飞，后改字抑非，号非翁、苏叟，斋名崇兰草堂。江苏常熟人。擅花鸟画，尤以牡丹为长。生前为中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，上海画院、浙江画院画师，中国美术学院教授、研究生导师，西泠书画院副院长，常熟书画院名誉院长，西泠印社顾问等。
款识：蔡衍同志属正。一九七二年，陆抑非写。
