罗家伦，字志希，笔名毅。祖籍浙江绍兴，生于江西进贤。历任国立清华大学第一任校长，国民党中央政治学校教务主任、教育长，国立中央大学校长等职。1949年赴台湾，先后出任台湾当局领导人幕僚机构“国策顾问”，中国国民党中央评议委员，中国国民党史会主任委员，“中国笔会”会长，“考试院”副院长，“国史馆”馆长等职。
款识：芝桐先生袌赤子之慈心，有青囊之秘术，比医国而无媿，薄良相而不为。芝采葛僊，翁神乎其技。桐洗倪高士，洁哉其居，爰题斯额以旌其室。时在丙午孟春之月上澣，志希罗家伦并识于沪上。
