张伟民，浙江花鸟画家协会副秘书长。1978年就读中央工艺美术学院设计专业。1980年考入浙江美术学院（中国美术学院）国画系，花鸟画专业。1984年毕业，获学士学位，同年担西泠印社任编辑。1986年再次考入浙江美院国画系，主攻工笔花鸟画的研究。1989年毕业获硕士学位。后担任浙江省二轻工业设计学校（省设计艺术学校）艺术教研室主任、教学副校长、高级讲师。1996年调入浙江画院。大学及研究生期间，主攻工笔花鸟画创作。长期以来，作品多次参加全国性重大美术展览。
