Ca. 200-300 AD A decorative element from the drum-shaped body of a stupa. To the top is the image of the Buddha after having gained enlightenment, seated on a lotus flower throne. To the sides are the bikhus, or disciples. To the bottom are four busts that are possibly demi-gods.
