作者简介:姚华(1876-1930)，字一鄂，号重光，一号茫父，别号莲花庵主。贵州贵筑(今贵阳)人，姚华光绪二十三年(1897年)举人，三十年(1904年)进士，授工部虞衡司主事。戊戌变法时东渡日本，就读于法政大学。归国后改任邮传部船政司主事兼邮政司科长。入民国后，任贵州省参议院议员，后任北京女子师范大学校长。，擅画山水、花卉和题跋，隶、篆、行、草无不精道。
