Metalcut and colored miniature painting on vellum with gold heightening. 16 x 10,3 cm. - Gold a little rubbed, partly smudged. - The fine illumination and the design of the border are reminiscent of the books of hours of the brothers Gilles and Germain Hardouin. // Illuminiertes Blatt mit Verkündigung an die Hirten — Frankreich, wohl Paris, um 1510/20 — Ganzseitige Szene in Ädikularahmung; verso einspaltiger, gedruckter Text in lateinischer Sprache, in Gold gemalte Schmuckinitialen auf rotem bzw. blauem Grund, vertikale Randbordüre mit figürlichen Szenen. Metallschnitt und farbige Miniaturmalerei auf Pergament mit Goldhöhung. 16 x 10,3 cm. - Gold wenig berieben, teils verwischt. - Die feine Illumination und die Gestaltung der Bordüre erinnern an die Stundenbücher der Gebrüder Gilles und Germain Hardouin.
