設色紙本 紙本 成扇 辛卯（1951）年作 款識： （書）午三先生雅屬。朱起哉。鈐印：修竹吾廬（朱）、屹瞻（白） （畫）午三先生正，辛卯夏月朱起哉。鈐印：屹瞻（白） 朱屺瞻 著名壽星畫家、美術教育家，江蘇太倉瀏河人，出生商賈大族。初名增鈞，號起哉、二瞻老民。齋名梅花草堂、癖斯居、養菖蒲室、修竹吾廬。受塾師影響，從孩提時代就喜歡書畫，曾留學日本學習油畫，後主攻中國畫，擅山水、花卉。創作繼承傳統，融會中西，致力創新，所作筆墨雄勁，氣勢磅礴，具有鮮明的民族特色和個人風格。
