砚高1cm；长16.2cm；宽10.8cm
铭文：拱月文房。野侯。。此砚盒红木而制，砚盒盖面为高野侯所绘梅花一株，自下而上，出枝花开，展现勃勃生机。左上有篆书题字，行书落款。镌刻笔意，深得原画韵味。盒内有端砚一方，砚面墨池分隔，素雅大方。来源：高络园旧藏，由其家属友情提供。铭者简介：高野侯（1878～1952），名时显，字欣木，号野侯，浙江杭州人。时丰弟，清末举人。官至内阁中书，为中华书局创办人之一，任常务董事，美术部主任，又为西泠印社早期社员。因收藏王冕《梅花图卷》，自号梅王阁主。所藏古今名人画梅极丰，称“五百本画梅精舍”。以书隶、画梅、治印著名。精鉴定，富收藏，尤工画梅。与其兄高时丰、时敷并称“高氏三杰”。
