题识：辅庭先生之属，居正。钤印：居正长寿、觉生
释文：天下车同轨，大地日如恒。说明：上款人“辅庭”即郭泰棣，广东潮阳人，古籍版本学家，藏书家，所刻诸书以雕印、纸墨、装帧精美、开本敞阔而受重于世，大多为佛学经典及乡邦文献。继承其父郭子彬儒商之誉，捐赠诸多稀有文献与复旦大学。居正，字觉生，别号梅川居士，中国湖北广济（今武穴市）人。中国当代著名民主革命家、政治家、军事家、法学家。年轻时赴日学习加入中国同盟会，参与组织共进会，辛亥革命武昌起义指挥者之一，辛亥革命元勋。南京临时国民政府内政部次长，南京国民政府司法院院长。着有《辛亥亲历记》、《为什么要重建中国法系》、《辛亥礼记》等书。
