作品简介 为德龄公主原版肖像照，另有她于1930年出版的《老佛爷》一书，扉页有签名。相中德龄公主身着洋装和礼帽，手带暖袖，青春洋溢。德龄因通晓外文和西方礼仪，和妹妹裕容龄一同被慈禧招入宫中，为慈禧与西方国家使节夫人们交往担任翻译，成为紫禁城八女官之一。后来作为作家，德龄以其独特的身份和亲身经历书写了珍贵的清宫生活史料。德龄的肖像照极为罕见，品相完好，是研究和收藏清末皇室的重要珍藏。 裕德龄（1886-1944），慈禧太后的御前女官，美籍华人女作家，笔名德龄公主，以英语记载了这段经历而闻名。抗战期间，参与宋庆龄在香港发起组织保卫中国同盟。1907年，与美国驻沪领事馆副领事迪厄斯·怀特结婚。1915年，随夫赴美。晚期担任伯克利大学的汉语教师。1944年在加州伯克利死于车祸。
