款识： 1.倪高士画法从荆关中来，笔墨虽简而气韵浑厚，兹仿其意未能似也，庚午秋九为寿丞仁兄正，虚斋元济。 2.辛未孟冬望日，临碣石颂全文为寿丞贤弟鉴存，峻斋伊立勋时年七十有六。 钤印：元济书画、虚斋的笔、御赐扬风抱雅、伊立勋印、峻斋、南园 余仲嘉刻扇股。 简介：庞元济，字莱臣，号虚斋。浙江吴兴南浔人。被誉为“全世界最富盛名”的中国书画收藏大家。 伊立勋，字熙绩，号峻斋、石琴、石琴老人、石琴馆主，福建宁化人。近世海上著名书法家，大书法家伊秉绶玄孙。光绪间曾任无锡知县，后在沪鬻书。其书四体皆擅，尤以汉隶见长，继承其祖遗风，渊雅古朴，意态从容。
