此件玉牌为和阗白玉制成，材质细腻温润。牌体呈长方形片状，双面工艺。一面牌首雕饰双夔龙纹，牌面方形开光，中部减地浮雕山林从竹，巨石高崖下有亭台，一侧雕刻竹林，崖壁之上琢刻诗文：“一院绿阴栽竹地”，落“文玩”印章款。背面无边，减地浮雕小院一角，院墙高立，一株梅树蜿蜒而上，梅花朵朵，并有灵芝相伴，一仕女手提花篮在梅树下行走。院墙之上琢刻“满千红雨摘花人”，落“文玩”款。整体雕刻精美雅致，具有浓郁的文人气息。
