Two Chinese monochrome vases dating from the 19th century. The first is a celadon ge glaze gu vase. The second is a pale blue vase with a molded Chilong around its shoulder. The neck has two xian string patterns and the flaring mouth is lobed like petals. It has a 6-character mark on the bottom. Dimensions are: the second and larger vase measures 11 1/4 inches tall X 5 1/4 inches wide, 28.6 cm X 13.3 cm. All measurements are approximate. Condition: The celadon vase has a repair to the foot, an area of repair to the rim, and two cracks to the rim. The blue vase has loss to the Chilong's leg and tooth, and it has a chip and breakage to the mouth of the vase. A reminder that all lots are sold as-is.
