冲天耳炉式样，是宣德铜炉的典型式样，又为敬天法祖的标准器。其双耳呈半圆并立在炉身两侧，似冲天而上，且炉身下承三足，圆润饱满，口沿厚薄适宜，继承明晚期香炉口沿特点，沉坠压手，颇具君子高贵，凛然大国风范。栗红色，“栗红蜡茶色。”最易彰显大国霸气，正如“宣德炉三谱”所言记录，栗色，蜡茶色名列居前。其沉稳的颜色与铜质地相匹配，具有古拙质感，自显高贵。
