款识： 右白云阁近作，戊寅上巳后七日，雨中书于野室。梅之炅。 钤印： □园公（朱） □□三十七代孙（白） 梅之炅字□□（朱） 鉴藏印：永安沈氏藏书画印（朱） 识文： 乘云仙人到江渚，百尺巍楼黄鹤举。鹤随人去水潺潺，唯有白云堪共语。孤鹤摩天不可弋，江水江天原一色。云应对鹤莫相猜，同是主人旧相识……仙人骑鹤更飞来，醉里应题白云句 。作者简介： 梅之炅［明］，字符嗣，湖北麻城县人，明末崇祯年间为复社成员。主张通过政治改革挽救明王朝危机。鉴藏者简介： 沈纪甫［民国］，民国时期在天津开设洋行，沈家收藏书画颇丰，大多为明清大家，其中尤以四王等正统山水画居多，爱新觉罗·溥侗（西园）专门负责为其整理书画，并为其书画题签。
