谭延闿（1880-1930），字组庵，号无畏、切斋，湖南茶陵人。与陈三立、谭嗣同并称"" 湖湘三公子""; 生于浙江杭州，民国时期著名政治家、书法家、组庵湘菜创始人。谭延闿曾经任两广督军，三次出任湖南督军、省长兼湘军总司令，授上将军衔，陆军大元帅。曾任南京国民政府主席、行政院院长。1930 年9 月22 日，病逝于南京。去世后，民国政府为其举行国葬。谭延闿有“近代颜书大家”之称，著述有《组庵诗集》等, 其精于美食，为组庵湘菜创始人。蒋介石和宋美龄结婚，谭延闿为介绍人。
