题识：澳洲归来，得其异域意境。甲申春，何水法写。 何水法，1946年8月生于杭州，他先后在日本、马来西亚等国家和北京、上海、山东等地举办大型个人画展。出版有《何水法花鸟画集》、《当代最具升值潜力的画家·何水法》等二十余部。何水法曾对两宋的花鸟画作过精深的研究，因此，他的工笔花鸟结构严谨，用笔圆润自如，设色典雅秀逸，写意则受青藤、八大之影响，因而所作写意花鸟气旺神畅，笔墨华滋，浑然天成，厚实灵动，相映成趣。2016全国两会，政协委员何水法提案建议取消中考。
