款识：逸凡先生雅鉴，阙汉骞。||钤印：阙汉骞印、 拨云|释文：心旅能兴夏，发城可没齐。||阙汉骞，字拨云，湖南宁远人。1926年毕业于黄埔陆军军官学校第四期步兵科。1937年，任陆军第十四师步兵第四十旅旅长，参加淞沪抗战。1939年，升任第十四师师长，后移驻云南。1944年，升任陆军第五十四军副军长，后率第十四、第五十师空运缅甸，加入驻印军；旋升任第五十四军军长。次年，率部反攻南宁。抗战胜利，奉命赴广州，兼任广州警备司令。1949年去台湾，任台湾防卫副总司令、花东防卫司令官、澎防部司令官等职。1972年病逝于台北。着有《戎马余闲录》、《戎马关山话当年》等。
