A Chinese porcelain blue and white dragon vase, Qing Dynasty bearing Qianlong seal mark, decorated with five dragons contesting a flaming pearl amidst cloud scrolls, over a border of waves at the base, raised on a carved and pierced wood stand, overall height on stand 45.5cm high, the vase 40.5cm high. Provenance: This vase was brought back from China, circa 1900, by the current vendors ancestor who was a Merchant Seaman working for the Ben Line Shipping Company. It has remained in the family until now.
