佛祖全跏趺坐于双层仰覆莲花宝座之上，左手于脐前结禅定印，右手于右膝施触地印。肉髻高耸，宝珠顶严，面型卵圆，弯眉细目，双眼俯视众生，面露微笑，表情静谧内省。身着袒右肩式袈裟，刻画方式为萨尔那特式，仅在手脚刻画衣服的边缘錾刻花纹。下承束腰仰覆莲式台座，莲瓣宽厚圆润，排列规整。整像铜质润泽古朴，为拉达克造像的典型样式，时代特征明显。造像表情刻画传神，以精良的合金铜铸造，胎体略薄，体现了拉达克造像的高超工艺，为一尊不可多得的精美造像。
