款识：进法仁兄正之南谷裴建凖。 钤印：裴建凖印 孟威 榆威将军 裴建凖（1885-1969），字孟威，号南谷山樵，甘肃广河人。近现代书画家。清光绪年间考入甘肃武备学堂，后保送保定陆军学堂。曾任民国北方边防军教育长、参谋长，甘肃河州镇守使。其书法自唐碑入手，着力甚勤，出入颜柳，境域渐扩。上溯魏晋，下迄明清，心慕手追，吸收诸家之长，终成自己风貌。书迹遍陇右。生平爱好书画，写字重法度，大字雄浑而有气势，所作《八骏图》为后人喜爱。
