A 19th century antique hand-colored zoological lithograph by John Gould (British, 1804-1881) and William Matthew Hart (Irish, 1830-1908). This work is titled "Ptilotus Flavostriata" and depicts a pair of yellow-streaked honeyeater birds perched upon a pair of leafy branches. It is marked "J. Gould and W. Hart del et lith" on the lower left and "Walter Imp" on the lower right. It is presented in a black and gilt wooden frame under a cream tiered mat behind glass.
