十一面观音为六观音之一，主救济阿修罗道，给予众生以除病、灭罪、增福之现世利益，为除恶导善，引众生入佛道的菩萨。尊像共生八臂十一面立于双层覆莲座之上。十一面造像共分五层布局，下三层为三面，正面为见到行善众生生出的慈悲欢喜相，左三面是见到行恶众生生出悲心的大悲救苦相，右三面是见到净业众生生出的赞叹相。第四层为使善恶杂秽众生改恶向善而显现的暴笑相。正前方最高处为阿弥陀佛头像，为修大乘的众生所作出的说法相。本尊上身袒露，左肩搭蛇首披肩，八臂各持不同法器，身着天衣长裙，天衣飘带绕肩，蜿蜒卷曲于身侧，观音胸前及双腿均饰璎珞。整体工艺精湛，细节刻画入微。为十七世纪造像佳作。
