A Meissen allegorical figure group, late 19th / early 20th century, modelled as putti representing the Arts, blue underglaze crossed swords mark to base with red press number "1" and incised "1684", 11cm high The figure group bears several losses to extremities, including the toes of the left foot and tool of the putti representing sculpture, the left hand thumb of the putti representing music and the neck of the mandolin being played, and the drawing pad and pen of the putti representing draughtsmanship. There are chips and losses to the toes of multiple putti. There is minor wear to the base and gilding.
