此尊弥勒佛坐像，结游戏姿，身侧倚靠一大口袋，右手抓住系带，左手握姿自然搭于左膝，神态闲适，慈眉善目，笑容可掬，大肚便便，形象刻划生动写实，将弥勒佛逍遥自在、大肚能容的形象表现得极为到位。 拍品最为特别之处是其衣纹的处理，采用了汉地注重刻划写实的传统表现手法，衣纹自然流畅，极具质感。整体取紫砂白泥塑形，后通体遍施钧釉，所施釉质有明快的流动感，使得造型轮廓鲜明，颇有天然装饰意味。整器制作工艺精巧，形象刻划生动传神，为明代紫砂佛造像的经典之作。
